Recently, Sinofluid launched its next-generation axial-flow pump product, featuring an integrated precision-cast stainless steel impeller as its core component. This innovative design utilizes a precision casting process to create the entire impeller in one seamless piece. Compared to traditional detachable axial-flow pump impellers, which are prone to issues like impeller nut loosening and blade detachment due to vibration during operation, the integrated, precision-cast impeller effectively eliminates these vibration-related mechanical failures. As a result, it significantly enhances both the structural strength and corrosion resistance of the impeller, making it well-suited for demanding applications involving high loads, strong acids, and highly corrosive environments.
