Structural Characteristics
- Shielded Motor
The stator and rotor are both enclosed within a metal shielding sleeve to prevent the medium from leaking into the motor cavity. Motor cooling is achieved either through self-circulation of the medium or via an external cooling system (such as an auxiliary impeller or a cooling water jacket). - High-temperature Resistant Material
✓ Bearings: Made from self-lubricating materials such as silicon carbide and graphite, offering excellent resistance to high-temperature wear.
✓ Pump casing and impeller: Constructed from stainless steel, duplex steel, or high-temperature alloys, designed to withstand harsh, corrosive environments at elevated temperatures. - Thermal Isolation Design
✓ Insulation layer or cooling jacket: Reduces heat transfer to the motor, protecting the winding insulation performance.
✓ High-temperature medium circulation channel: Circulates internally via a pump to dissipate motor heat.
