Working Conditions
- Impurity free clean water, cooling water, rainwater, underground water inflow from coal mines, iron mines, metal mines, drinking water, mineral water, etc.;
- Allowable normal working water temperature range: +5~+35℃;
(high temperature medium conditions shall be informed in advance). - The solid impurity content (mass ratio) shall not exceed 0.01%;
- PH value: 6.5-8.5;
- The content of hydrogen sulfide shall not exceed 1.5mg/L;
- The content of chloride ions shall not exceed 400mg/L;

Structural Characteristics
- Submersible Pump Structure
Single-suction multistage centrifugal design, comprising pump bowl, impeller, sealing ring, conical sleeve, pump shaft, inlet section, and check valve. - Submersible Motor Structure
Water-filled three-phase asynchronous motor, including stator, rotor, guide bearing seats, sand-proof ring, and pressure regulating membrane. - Key Design Features
✓ Pump and motor directly coupled via sleeve-type coupling.
✓ Upper/lower thrust bearings with thrust discs handle bidirectional axial loads and rotor weight.
✓ Rubber pressure-regulating membrane compensates for thermal expansion/contraction of internal water.
✓ Motor chamber must be pre-filled with clean water; all ports sealed leak-tight before operation. - Safety & Sealing
Reliable sealing ensures long-term stable submersion performance.
