This innovative design utilizes a precision casting process to create the entire impeller in one seamless piece. Compared to traditional detachable axial-flow pump impellers, which are prone to issues like impeller nut loosening and blade detachment due to vibration during operation, the integrated, precision-cast impeller effectively eliminates these vibration-related mechanical failures.
