Structural Characteristics

  • Seals:
    Motor adopts a dual / triple mechanical seal and auxiliary seal structure.
  • Protections:
    Leak-proof: Oil-water probes & float switches trigger alarm/shutdown with fault retention.
    Overheat: Winding thermistors signal or stop if temperature exceeds limit.
  • Cable:
    Heavy-duty, sewage-resistant rubber sheath.
    Selected for 40°C ambient, continuous operation with current margin for long life.
  • Bearing:
    High-load safe arrangement with branded bearings for smooth running and durability.
  • Impeller:
    Generally adjustable impeller structure; Fully stainless steel, one-piece cast is also available for different conditions.
