Product Details
Vertical Propeller Pump
Structural Characteristics
- Type and Structure
✓ Vertical single-stage/multi-stage centrifugal or mixed-flow pumps, available in non-pull-out and pull-out models;
✓ Discharge port location: either above or below the base; axial force is borne by the pump or motor;
✓ lubrication is either externally supplied water or self-lubricating. - Installation Method
✓ Wet-pit type: The pump body is submerged in the sump;
✓ Dry pit type: water intake from conduits with 90°elbow bend in the pump inlet; - Key Components
✓ Bearings: Primarily made of wear-resistant rubber, with optional materials including ceramic, graphite, tin bronze, or ceramic.
✓ Sealing: Axial sealing is achieved using packing. - Lubrication and Temperature Control
When the pump bears axial force, it is equipped with a circulating lubrication system that includes ventilation, waterproofing, temperature measurement, refueling, oil level display, and cooling functions. When the environment is 40°C, the bearing temperature will be controlled within 65°C. - Adjustability and Customization
✓ The clearance between impeller and stationary components can be adjusted on-site.
✓ The motor junction box and external lubrication water pipe are positioned on the default left side, with customizable orientation options available.
