Magnetic Pump

A new type of pump that utilizes modern magnetic principles, employing the magnetic force transmission of permanent magnets to achieve contactless torque transfer. When the motor drives the outer rotor assembly (comprising the external magnetic steel) to rotate, magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve, seamlessly coupling and rotating the inner rotor assembly (containing the internal magnetic steel) along with the impeller. Since the process medium remains entirely enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve, the pump achieves zero-leakage operation, effectively eliminating the typical shaft-seal leaks found in conventional mechanical-drive pumps. This innovative design delivers a fully sealed, leak-proof, non-polluting, and highly energy-efficient industrial-grade pump. As a result, it serves as a cost-effective, reliable alternative to expensive imported chemical pumps.
