Product Details
Vertical Sump Pump
Structural Characteristics
- Immersible Design
The pump body and impeller are directly immersed in the liquid, eliminating the need for priming before startup and simplifying the operational process. - Long-axis Drive
The motor and pump body are connected via a long shaft, with the motor positioned above the liquid level to prevent contact with corrosive media. The shaft material is typically made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ensuring durability even under harsh operating conditions. - Corrosion-resistant Material
Flow-path components (impellers, pump bodies) can be made from materials such as stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316L), high-performance polymers (e.g., polypropylene, fluoroplastics), or ceramics, to suit various corrosive media. - Wide Applicability
Capable of handling liquids containing solid particles; features a wide operating temperature range, depending on the material selected.
