Vertical Turbine Pump
Structural Features
- Pump Design: Vertical single-stage/multi-stage centrifugal pumps;
- Structural Form:
Discharge location: Above/below the base;
Lubrication: External lubricating water / Self-lubrication by the pumping medium; - Installation Methods: Wet-pit type (pump submerged in liquid), optional dry-pit type (water intake via piping, equipped with a 90° bend).
- Bearing Materials: Wear-resistant rubber, with options including ceramic, graphite, tin bronze, and more;
- Axial Force and Rotor Support:
Recommended: The pump's main thrust bearing supports both axial forces and the rotor's own weight, connected via an elastic coupling.
Optional: The motor bears axial force; - Pump Body Bearing Lubrication: A circulating lubrication system equipped with features such as ventilation, waterproofing, temperature monitoring, oil filling, oil level indication, cooling, and automatic shower-type lubrication. This ensures that the bearing temperature remains ≤65°C even in an ambient environment of 40°C.
- Sealing: Utilizing either packing seals or mechanical seals;
- Clearance Adjustment: The clearance between the impeller and the diffuser/nozzle or impeller chamber can be adjusted on the base.
