Structural Characteristics

  • Single-stage cantilevered chemical process pump, horizontally mounted with center support; bearings are lubricated with dilute oil, and the pump body features a dual-volute design with an outlet diameter of ≥80 mm.
  • The pump cover is equipped with a cooling and heating circulation jacket.
  • The sealed cavity dimensions comply with the API 682 standard, providing ample space for installing tandem and double mechanical seals, while also ensuring easy maintenance.
  • The bracket-mounted fuel tank is equipped with water cooling, air cooling, and a low-temperature heater.
  • The pump is designed with a rear-opening structure, allowing the impeller, shaft, shaft seal, and bearing components to be easily removed for maintenance without needing to move the pump's inlet or outlet connections.
  • Pump and bearing cooling can be achieved either with an external fan or water cooling, providing extra protection for pumps operating at temperatures exceeding 260°C.

Magnetic Pump
